Genie From Home

Genie officially only offers 2 solutions for working remotely: single-user or remote access. Single-user means only one staff member can work with Genie at a time; while remote access requires you to keep a device active & accessible on-premises for each staff member. Neither of which are productive nor convenient options.

The options available for using Genie are in Offsite Logging mode (Genie Single
User) or remotely in real-time via a remote desktop (terminal services) connection.
